Darius Rackus will be joining the Department of Chemistry and Biology at Ryerson University in January 2021. Currently, he is a Banting Postdoctoral Fellow working with Prof. Petra Dittrich in the Department of Biosystems Science and Engineering at ETH Zurich. Prior to this, he was a postdoc for Profs. Keith Pardee and Aaron Wheeler at the University of Toronto, working on microfluidic diagnostics for global health. Darius also did his Ph.D. with Aaron Wheeler, exploring tools and methods for point-of-care digital microfluidics. His research program will focus on microfluidic tools for single cell analysis and bioanalytical applications.
