Alán Aspuru-Guzik hired by the University of Toronto

Congratulations to Alán Aspuru-Guzik, who has been awarded the Canada 150 Research Chair in Theoretical and Quantum Chemistry at the University of Toronto. Dr. Aspuru-Guzik completed his B.Sc at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México before moving to UC Berkeley for his Ph.D. and postdoctoral work. He has been a professor at Harvard University since 2006. His research relates to materials discovery, quantum computing, laboratory automation, and excitons in biology.
