Trent University: 1-year full-time, limited-term appointment in analytical chemistry

Trent University invites applications for a 1-year full-time, limited-term appointment with teaching responsibilities and expertise in analytical chemistry in the Department of Chemistry primarily in the Masters in Instrumental Chemical Analysis (MICA) professional program at the rank of Assistant Professor. This position is subject to budgetary approval. The position will start August 15, 2021. A PhD degree in chemistry is required and demonstrated teaching experience is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will teach a combination of six one-semester courses at the masters and undergraduate level. These courses may include, but are not limited to, third year Instrumental Analysis; graduate level Chromatography; and Quality Assurance and Quality Control as well as courses in placement preparation and coordination of student placements in summer term.
