Trinity Western University: Emphasis on Teaching

The Department of Chemistry in the Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences (FNAS) at Trinity Western University invites applications for an Assistant Professor, tenure-track faculty position with an emphasis on teaching to start August 16, 2020. Candidates should have teaching expertise in the area of inorganic chemistry and research experience in any related area thereof including: metallo-organic, biophysical chemistry, bio-inorganic or inorganic materials chemistry. A Ph.D. in chemistry or an allied discipline is required and postdoctoral or comparable research experience is preferred.   • verification of doctoral (or terminal) degree;
  • signed Statement of Faith and Community Covenant; and
  • a document (no more than two pages) which describes how you anticipate your Christian faith would influence your teaching and scholarship if you were a faculty member at TWU.
