Anatole von Lilienfeld hired by the University of Toronto as the inaugural Clark chair in advanced materials discovery

Congratulations to Professor Anatole von Lilienfeld, who  has been hired by the University of Toronto, with appointments in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry. He will lead a research group in the Vector Institute and  Acceleration Consortium at the University of Toronto. Dr. von Lilienfeld is currently a professor at the University of Vienna and previous held a position at the University of Basel. Dr. von Lilienfeld is a theoretical chemist, who has been one of the pioneering figures in the field of machine learning applied to chemistry.
