Job Title: 3 Year Contract Limited Term, Assistant Professor in Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry (Laboratory Instruction)

Qualifications & Application Process
- Qualifications
- Preference will be given to candidates with a PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field and a demonstrated commitment to teaching and research.
- This position is to teach 15 hours of lab instruction weekly in each of the Fall and Winter semesters.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience teaching or expertise that would allow them to teach laboratory sessions for General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry
- Demonstrated relevant academic background, research portfolio and a record of teaching excellence.
- Experience with remote/online/hybrid instruction is desirable.

- a statement of teaching philosophy and evidence of teaching effectiveness (e.g., examples of peer and/or student evaluations)
- a research plan (up to two single-spaced pages)
- sample publications or portfolio
